Why did my bill go up 18% this month ??? Is this how you're going to treat Sprint customer now? Do we have to start looking elsewhere?

Did your due date change with the migration to Tmobile. If so that would of caused a one time monthly increase.
You need to look at the new bill to find out why it increased.
