Why the discrepancy above when I attempt to add a 5th line to my existing 4 lines?

is that including insurance or anything along those lines? new device payments?


No, nothing. This was me choose add a new line and getting a sim to use in an existing phone.


unless another poster in here knows you might have to contact TMO through either calling in or the preferred methods would be through Facebook or Twitter (tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support).
