Please fix the software Issues with Android 13 on my Revvl Device.
I'm having issues with Android 13 on my Revvl device. I've contacted TMobile customer service twice and my issues still haven't been resolved. My internet cuts out CONSTANTLY and my hotspot shuts down as soon as I turn it on. Apparently I have to wait for Android 14 which has been available for other devices since OCTOBER. I even tried stopping by our local TMobile shop which couldn't help. They said my issues may be resolved with a newer Revvl device but TMobile has to offer it, I can't ask for it 😒 It would be nice if, somehow, these issues can be fixed. It's extremely frustrating!!!

That the problem with lower to mid tier phones is that software updates aren't as often as the higher tier phones. Plus manufacturers push the updates not the carrier. I believe TLC makes that phone so check with them.
I believe the manufacturer of Revvl is TMobile. They have been no help so far in resolving the issue.

Tmobile doent manufacture phones the just have their name put on them.
