I am trying to trade in my old phone (Microsoft Lumia 650), however system is NOT recognizing the IMEI number when I enter for trade in. How to proceed?

Most people on the Community like to send a direct message to T-Mobile on social media. The T-Force team can get the order done and they can file a ticket for the website to make sure that it is working as intended. What phone is the offer for?
The upgrade condition states "Trade in any phone in good working condition." So that is not the reason.
