I am trying to trade in my old phone (Microsoft Lumia 650), however system is NOT recognizing the IMEI number when I enter for trade in. How to proceed?

That device is way too old to be used as a trade-in.
The upgrade condition states "Trade in any phone in good working condition." So that is not the reason.

I recently did an upgrade on that same offer and had a really old HTC phone. You may want to contact our support teams to have them process the order. Most people on the Community like to send a direct message to T-Mobile on social media. The T-Force team can get the order done and they can file a ticket for the website to make sure that it is working as intended.
