(teach = reach) I've had T-Mobile for 20 years, and for the first time, I'm finding every service call goes overseas. Some of the techs are great, others are really not well trained. It used to be if I called during business hours, service would be from a regional office near me. Does anyone know if there are any hours when we can reach US based technical or customer support?

They recently changed times to 7am-12am CST. Not sure about weekends.

I think I saw it on the TmoNews website . Live chat changed also.
