Why does it it's so hard to unlock a fullybpaid device! Have verify information 17 times call another 18 and two months after still phone is lock and I can respond every answer of customer service before they even ask them... consumer affairs complaint is on your way T mobile...thank you for nothing

There is more than just a fully paid off device to meet the SIM Unlock Policy requirements to have your device SIM unlocked.  Are you a T-Mobile USA customer?  Does your account and device meet all of the requirements of the SIM Unlock Policy?
