Just switched from verizon to tmobile and one of the phones (android - Motorola) cannot call or receive calls. SIM card is showing disabled

Can you use another phone to call 611 and discuss the issue. You may have received a defective SIM.

wonder if theyre having issues getting the number associated with that line fully switched from V.
