I lost my iphone last month and logged into t-mobile and somehow blocked incoming calls and messages. Today, I received my replacement phone and I am unable to locate in the t-mobile app on how to unblock incoming calls.
I can make outgoing phone calls. I can send and receive text messages.

Do you have do not disturb turned on?
No, but after 3 hours and two tech support assistants they fixed it.
tech support will ask you reset your mobile network settings and then they need to reset their networking setting too because there is misalignment the designated network towers
