My iphone 13 just froze this morning. I can get my screensaver and the last FB Message I tried to send and that’s it. I can’t turn it off. I can’t call or do anything. There seems to be no chat help. I noticed that it says on the T Mobile site that my device is locked and can’t be unlocked.
I live an hour and a half from the nearest T Mobile store. HELP
To do a hard shut down your phone hold down the volume down button and the power buttons at the same time this is a hard reset it is one way to shut down if that doesn’t work tap the volume up button then the volume down button followed by the power button and release the power when screen goes black if you continue to hold the power button the phone will cycle back on and unless you wish to enter the repair mode and have access to a computer with iTunes let go of power when the apple logo turns up on the screen
