My voicemail is not activating for callers to leave a message. How can I fix this?

My voicemail is not activated since I got my new iphone 14 from tmobile. I cannot call my voicemail to get any access to listen to messages.

Press and hold the 1 key on the diaload. It will call into your voicemail so you can set it up.

Give Support a call at 611 to see if there is an issue they see on their end. At the very least, they can reset your voicemail to see if that resolves the issue.
Have my cell phone at the moment and need to check my voicemail remotely from another phone I do not remember the passcode or the password to get into my voicemail what do I do
