a charge i don’t understand

Is it mandatory for me to pay $25.00 per month for international calls when I’ve never ever made international calls? When i switched to my iPhone I asked why my bill was so high and the t-mobile employee responded that i have a monthly charge of $25.00 for international calls. When i told her I’ve never made an international call and i can’t believe you’ve been charging me that without my consent for years she responded by taking the charge off and said my bill would be somewhere under $100 in the $90 range ($91.00 was her quote i believe) monthly. However instead of that I’m still being charged & my bill just increased. Why?

Any billing related issues need to be addressed through either Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter.
