Just got our first bill for home internet and its $5.00 more than I was quoted.  I know its only 5 bucks, but I was understanding that it would be 50/month with all fees and taxes! So what is the extra 5 dollars for? There's no explanation on the paperless bill.

Is it's $50 a month does that require autopay with a debit card? If you pay with a credit card there's a $5 charge.

I wasn't informed of that at the time of my order which I placed on 10-31-23. I just saw on the website that they are no longer accepting CC for autopay after the 31st of October. I did use a CC so maybe that is why. Thanks

I have been charged an additional $5 for not having automatic bill pay. Why was I charged an additional $5 for an instore payment?
