Overseas and cannot receive confirmation code

Because I am currently overseas I cannot receive a confirmation code. I cannot use my USA sim card.

I just want to check my Prepaid Plan balance and top up if necessary. Can you please advise how I can do so.

Have you tried using guest pay? If you can't do it overseas do you have a friend or relative that can do it for you in the states.

Thank you. Yes on guest pay. Doesn't work. Yes, to friend option but I'm hoping for an effective "me" way to do it.

Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help.

Have you tried connecting to WiFi Calling and dialing *233 and using the automated system to add funds?  This is one of those reasons why AutoPay is a good thing to have enabled, especially before traveling.

Gramps, I may be the "real" Gramps. I don't use any social media accounts. Syaoran , thank you but using my overseas sim card and having wifi calling enabled *233 does not connect with T-Mobile.
