I buy a second hand iphone, and after swtich on, i discovered that the sim is lock from Carrier.
Now I want to know if this phone is clean or have some issue between the old owner and your company.
How can I get this info?

Whether it is clean or not, T-Mobile can only SIM unlock devices for T-Mobile USA customers whose accounts and devices meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.
