Good evening, i need help. I have an Iphone 11 from your company and i have issues with sim card. I have to unlock it. I don't know what to do. I don't live in USA, i live in Germany. What should i do?

You need to be a Tmobile USA customer to be eligible for an unlock code per the requirements.

Where did you get the device? If you bought it on Ebay or some other online place or retailer. Return it for a refund. T-Mobile will only SIM unlock devices for customers who meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.
