Hallo. Now I am travelling, and I am not able to use my phone, because sim card locked. I am talking about Iphone 14 Promax phone, which I bought last year. On August 13 I am leaving for a trip. Please help me to unlock it.

are you a TMO customer or you just bought one from the States here and are now trying to use it?
You must be a T-Mobile USA customer and your account and device must meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.
