hi, I messaged a representative and they said they couldn't find my order number, even though I have an order confirmation and they've charged my card. they're also saying I should get it tomorrow but it hasn't even been shipped yet.

Thank you! I was on a chat with someone for a separate issue & they were able to provide me with a tracking# already. 

I think it's that your credit card was approved but won't be charged till the phone ships.
