I have a business account and need to return my old phone after an Jump On Demand trade. How do I do that? I searched and only found instructions on how to print shipping labels for individual accounts. I do not see any of those menus in my.t-mobile.com interface which the T-Mobile for Business one.

Did you check your email? I know we often email out the shipping labels. If not, I'd recommend contacting T-Mobile Business Care so they can help with that.
