So you say it is requesting a network security key. At what point is this? Your PC shows the WIFI connection is authenticated or no? Using a browser to web into the 192.168.12.1 interface should allow you to see basic reporting. If you want to change any configuration parameters you then have to authenticate as the “admin” and provide the password for the admin account. If you did not change it when you set it up then look on the bottom of the GW and you should see the authentication there.
