Dead Gateway

My gateway just died. No power. No lights or any indicators on the gateway. The AC plug is OK. This gateway is only a few weeks old - my last gateway worked for 2 years, then stopped doing wiFi. It is a SAG FAST5688W 5G GATEWAY BLK .

I need a new Gateway. What is the best and quickest way to get a new one?

@oldsniper,  at a T-Mobile store they will be able to take back your defective unit and give you a new one on the spot.  https://www.t-mobile.com/stores/locator/
