Network/Router issues

I cannot log into the app on my phone to manage the internet 5G Gateway. The password does not work anymore. No one changed it. But all devices can access the internet through my router that I have connected with an ethernet. All my devices defaulted back to that, since it used to manage my Comcast network and the previous password works on that.

How do I get back into the Gateway without starting over. TVs still work, but it all has to go through the router.

@papajazz1973, are you using your administrator's password printed on the back of the TMO HI 5 G Gateway?
