MY NEW 5G ROUTER WILL NOT LET ME CONNECT TO THA APP ON MY PHONE USING THE ADMIN PASSWORD SO I CAN CHANGE THE PASSWORD AND SSID
Did you make sure to use the SSID/Password to connect to the router, then you use the admin/Password (different than SSID/Password) to login on the app? If yes, then you may have a router that has been previously used so a full factory reset will put the SSID and admin passwords back to default that is printed on the label on the bottom of the router.
