i just got a hp envy 4500 printer and it wont ookup to internet the test paper it printed ot sayscant connect to router mac address filtering may be enabled has anyony else had this prolem? my router model # is KVD21

When you setup the WiFi, you will need to split the 2.4GHz and 5GHz into their own networks. You will more than likely need to lower the security of the 2.4GHz network to WPA/WPA2.
