warranty replacement

I was sent a new gateway under warranty and it was without the power cord, I called about it and they wont send me a cord they told me I have to buy one even though they sent me the thing without the cord that it quite noticeably says is included in the box. well no there was not a cord with the box, I am furious.

Same exact thing happened to me… and the cord from my previous device was pretty much crap as it is. Rather frustrating still, because I’m pretty sure the warranty replacements are just refurbished devices and not actually brand new devices without any previous issues.
