Because I have some call I want to make or to receive so I travel to congo now but I can not make any call from my number or receive call
So please can you fix that
This is basically a user to user forum with some T-Mobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support by a different way.
which Congo? Republic of Congo? Democratic Republic of Congo? unless it was one of those two places TMO doesnt have roaming there.
