Hi my iPhone is broken but call details and usage shows incoming and outgoing messages to my wife’s I watch phone number. Also It looks like a Samsung watch was activated on my account around same time. The Samsung watch is my sons but was never used

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms or calling them to see if they can help.
