SMS on MY PC

Ok….But There are no X’s at bottom of screen. There is the three buttons that give me the option to “Link to URL” or “Report” Is there any way possible that you could send this to them directly? I just have had real bad luck getting to the Tech teams to file a report. They just either get lost, or no response. I keep getting to to page, to page, to page and then finally a survey.
