Very frustrating dealing with customer service…….my family and I were with Sprint 20 years, and now with T Mobil since buy out…..simple request to T Mobil...that all of my 7 lines (kids and spouse) be accessible on one account….one log in…..since I am the primary……. however, it sems too complicated for T Mobil associates….

Asking the community….any ideas to avoid 7 different log ins any time that I want to check the bill, etc…... 

as the PAH you should have full access to all the accounts on your plan..might want to double check and make sure youre actually down as the PAH..
