how to re store my service

I was recently incarcerated and due to that I wasn’t able to actively pay my bill/use my phone and I can no longer log into the app because my phone has been deactivated. Can I get my phone number back and return to my service?

If your line has been deactivated more than 60 days.  It is likely your number has been put into the pool of numbers to be assigned to a customer.  You can always call Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile device or reach out to T-Mobile through DM on Facebook or Twitter for more information on if the number is still possible for you to keep or not.
