I switched to Go5GPlus but it hasn't started yet. Every time I contact customer service they tell me it has been taken care of, but service has not changed.

I switched my plan to Go5G Plus but it hasn't started yet. Every time I contact customer service they tell me it has been taken care of, or that it will start within one or two days, but service has not changed. Is there a delay in switching service?

I’m currently having the same issue. Did yours ever get resolved? I’m on attempt 2 to upgrade plan and I’m losing hope 😂

Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle.  It is done this way to save people from having prorated partial months when switching plans.
