You will need to call to convert the plan.
In a word no. As stated by gramps28 you need to contact them for any changes to your service.
T-Mobile does not change plans proactively. You would have to make the change online or you can do as the others here suggested and contact our support teams in the way that suits you best. You can call, chat online, or message us on Facebook or X.
