I was told that Tmobile no longer participates in the ACP program... for both the home jnternet AND cellular plans. Its actually why I opened a new phone account with att instead.
But to change where your acp benefit is applied to, all you have to do is contact the provider you wish to switch to and have them do it (it helps to have your app ID)
