To receive the $100 Mastercard offer, you'll need to submit for the rebate on Rebate Submission using the code 2022HINTPXX within 60 days of activating your new Home Internet line. You will need your T-Mobile phone number associated with your internet gateway sent to you when it ships . Rebate processing may take up to 30 days from submission, and you'll receive text message or email notifications once it is ready



  • I signed up for home internet via Chat Jan 1 and can not get the promotion code to work. Device has not been active for 60 days.

Can you take your gateway back to a local T-Mobile store to ask for a refund or assistance? Or have you been able to call T-Mobile support 1-800-937-8997 for assistance?

I do not want to return the unit. I want the code to work. I work third shift and the roads will be bad this week where I am. 


If I was able to get to the store, etc. Would I be posting here?

If you only want the code to work, a call to support may be your easiest path.
