  • I signed up for home internet via Chat Jan 1 and can not get the promotion code to work. Device has not been active for 60 days.

Can you take your gateway back to a local T-Mobile store to ask for a refund or assistance? Or have you been able to call T-Mobile support 1-800-937-8997 for assistance?

I do not want to return the unit. I want the code to work. I work third shift and the roads will be bad this week where I am. 

 

If I was able to get to the store, etc. Would I be posting here?


No, this is a a user forum. Some of us with experience offer free advice and suggestions. 

If you only want the code to work, a call to support may be your easiest path.
