It's a great question. Have you checked their equivalent Forum on Verizon to see what type of problems they're having?

Here is a link to one of many discussions on the topic. I think it depends on the signal you get locally - if you are close to a T-Mobile cell tower (like I am) then you like it. If not, you don’t like it.
