Hi, I am trying to order t-mobile internet online. I entered the address and it tells me it’s available, but it won’t let me enter an apartment number, and won’t ship to an apartment number. How do I get around it? I am logged into my account, but it only recognizes the addresses it can autocomplete.
Does it offer a hold for pick up or delivery to the closest Tmobile store?
nope, it does not offer a pick up or delivery to the store. It flat out says it will only deliver to the address that auto completes. Which is fine, but it has a unit number, and it doesn’t give me an option to enter it.
Also does your apartment complex have an on site office it can be delivered to?
no, each unit has its own mailbox. It’s possible the correct unit might be guessed from the name a package is addressed to, but I can’t count on it. This is a frustrating problem.
