Mexico and Canada calling is free, you're being charged for a protection plan. Not sure what protection plan is with that price point.

Hey there @2nov2023 The benefits that include Canada and Mexico are all bundled up with your Magenta plan and do not cost any extra. From the price breakdown you provided, the extra charge you have on your bill is for a device protection plan. This would be an extended warranty and insurance coverage for your phone. You can see more details about the features and terms on our Protection <360> and device protection T-Mobile Support page. If you want to make 100% sure that is what the charge is for, that support page also shows the steps on how to check your account.
