Received email today for $100 for Internet promo from Northlane.Com for signing up for TMobile Internet. No matter what I do I cannot access the Virtual Prepaid Mastercard from the link they provided. I have put in my regular cell number that didn’t work. I put in the number for the gateway and that didn’t work either.

Any advice to access this would be appreciated.

 

 

You may need to return to the local T-Mobile store for assistance. They should have given you information on how to access the funds, like what information to enter for the username and password?

It does not ask for a password….  just phone number and a verify box of numbers and letters. When I enter than it just states they are unable to validate the information.
