Hey I see I have some unauthorized charges on to my account I was recently wondering why my bill was so high I see y’all added 2 new lines into my account which is two payments of $15 also will like to remove the home wifi and adjust a few things in my account if you can please reach out to me around 8-9am will be great

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
