I haven’t been able to access my Bills to download them Since March - for three months when I click on “view bill” is just churns and churns for hours on end - anyone else having this issue?

Do you have any ad blockers?  I use an ad blocker and it sometimes has this effect.  I need to disable it to access certain websites, or even certain pages of websites (more often those that pop up a new page).   I don’t recall if Tmobile is one of them.


I have had the same problem for months as well. I called customer service and they were less than helpful. I miss sprint!
