What makes it SO hard is there is a huge communication barrier with the outsourced services now. I always politely state I am having a hard time understanding, but after it happening every single time, I find myself SO frustrated. I have been a customer probably about 20 years, and have stayed one due to the stellar customer service, however I am going to go to the local store, and cancel. I need to get support when I need it, without barriers.
