We found the tracker stops taking a charge and starts to discharge, even though it is connected to a large power pack. Not sure if it is the battery power pack or the Tracker. Could it be that when Tracker is fully charged, it stops and must be manually restarted to charge by unplugging and replugging? BTW, we like the Tracker a lot, but we do have to keep an eye on the charge level.

We find that the T-Mobile Tracker is sealed and device SIM cannot be changed.
We find that it works fine while charging and we also well plug cable into a powerpack to extend time.
We bought the 4 pin charge cable from Ebay and it works fine. Charging only uses 2 pins and maybe the other pins are to program or update firmware on Tracker. Does not seem to be any other source.
