ok bc you asked me why would they be there. they keep transferring me to them and it seems quite impossible to speak to someone who am fix my issue.
did you read what i wrote? because obviously i haven't been able to contact anyone whos not in the Philippines and when i called i asked them to transfer to corporate and they just transferred me to someone else located in the Philippines. so that's why I'm under the assumption THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE PHILIPPINES.
4 days ive been having an issue that they caused and nothing has been fixed. i cant even get into contact with someone here. im getting ready to file legal action. i am so fed up. like i cant even begin to explain how pissed off i am.
