This LG Velvet has been an issue with me form day one. Being charged every month, still paying. All they do when out of their scope. All they want to do is refer to LG. Horrible issue with Carrier Hub issue, Which is a TMobile / Sprint issue. Other companies do not use it for a Reason. Although they say it is LG and they don’t make the phone, they make the promises to their customers. They say they put customers 1st yeah maybe 6 years ago. I wish they would just take ownership of this phone and swap or credit people. Not Swap for another Velvet either. My phone has been in the desk for months. Maybe a year.
