I have the same problem and no one seems to have an answer. I have scheduled devices to turn off so kids don't use them at night. I can no longer set schedules or update schedules. Will not let me disconnect devices either.
Hello, did anyone ever find out why this is not working? I called customer service and they had me change my password because there was a device I wanted to turn off and it would not let me update it. Didn't make sense to me and I still have devices I cannot update.
