I can launch it, and set it up and then when I leave the app and go back into it I have to set it up again every time I've uninstalled three times reinstalled I called T-Mobile T-Mobile opened up a ticket on it but I have five lines I have premium and it doesn't work on a new phone that I have. If I change a SIM card and moving into an old phone it works fine in the new phone I have to reset it up every time I open the app.
