Zoob I As I stated I made over 30 calls and all different hours even 4 am Pacific hoping to get 7am Eastern and no US FyI. My ticket that was supposedly accelerated to the highest priority and was supposed to have been taken care on 7th of Feb is still outstanding.
Been a customer over 16 yrs. .It is A JOKE 30 CALLS. Each one went.overseas. Each call took well over an hour or 2 and both the agent and the supervisor were based in the Phillipines No trainingHard to understand Waste time. Past 2 years noticed T- Mobile does something unethical and completely illegal.If you purchase your phone unlocked not from them but when you register it on one of yourT- Mobile lines, even though they have the EMi # and you take the phone to a T-mobile store for SiM and registeration. . Last week kid you not at least 20 hours and over 30 calls at all hours from CA . Each call went into Phillipine. Those Agents are clueless and so untrained. So unprofessional who hear laughter and chatter in the background like someone answering from their home Poor things all they do is read off script just saying how sorry and they understand then put you on long hold and then once you told them they have not resolved the situation. You would have their supervisor come and dio the same thing .Complete going in circles and nothing gets done.Until a m9nth ago they had great US call centers and that is one reason I stay. But NoW?
