T mobile is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. My wife had to get a warranty phone due to calls and messages not going through. So we ordered a replacement and got an even worse “replacement” and went back to the store. The rep. told us to go to Best Buy????? and they can open it and check what the issue is. I do not pay Best Buy every month for my cell service! I am furious at the nonsense runaround with this and want to cancel this “service.” Do not use T mobile and go sowehere else.
