Correct. Whenever I'm up on my Hilltop where there's no cell signal at all I have to resort to Wi-Fi calling. However that's when the problem starts when somebody sends me a screenshot or any image. Once I come down the hill and back on 4G LTE or 5G it pops right in no problems whatsoever so something to do with T-Mobile's Wi-Fi calling.
This has been happening long before their security patch. It used to work fine and then all of a sudden about a year ago I started having issues receiving and sending texts when Wi-Fi calling is on.
My s22 has same issus. If I reboot my phone and hit send again sometimes it will come in or go out, but this is very annoying with T-Mobile wifi calling feature. When it does work, it just takes forever to receive or send an image. I have to tell people to email me instead of texting me an image. It's very frustrating. And when I switch to the Google messages I still have problems so it's definitely the T-Mobile network.
